This issue introduces the speakers for the Annual Liberty Seminar and General Meeting.
Allen Small explains why Ontario electricity rates are going up.  He also explains Word On The Street, a book fair in Toronto where the Party will have a booth. 
Peter Jaworski, founder of the Institute for Liberal Studies, writes about the bureaucratic harassment his parents are getting because they hosted his tenth Annual Liberty Summer Seminar while their property was not zoned for a "commercial conference centre."
We have several libertarians running in the municipal elections in Barrie, Guelph, London, Ottawa, and Toronto, and in Airdrie, Alberta. 
The libertarian Party of Canada reports that they successfully completed the mandatory re-registration with Elections Canada. 
Jim McIntosh questions the Rapid Rail Link between Union Station and Pearson Airport is an unnecessary billion dollar boondoggle.
