Why Are You Running?:

I am running in this election to give the people of Oshawa a real choice when they go to the ballot box.  The other parties are all nearly identical, with only minor differences between their platforms.  It is a matter of degrees - exactly how much of our money they want, and exactly what they will spend it on in power.  I want the people of Oshawa to know that there is a real alternative to the status quo, and that somebody out there cares about preserving their personal freedom and prosperity.

Your Top Issue:
Limited Government
Issue Details:
My primary concern is reducing governments influence on our every day lives. It seems that little in our lives is free from government interference, and what remains to us is slowly being taken away. Meanwhile, individuals will rail against high taxes and government incompetence, and then turn around and look to that same government to solve their problems. Even tiny reductions in State power are worth pursuing. It is not until people see the power of free markets and individual choice and freedom that we will be able to push back the ever expanding Leviathan.
