Membership Eligibility

All current members can attend the AGM. To run for a position or vote you must be a current member as at September 3, 2023. Members whose membership expired before Sept 3/23 must pay the $10 Membership fee in addition to the $50 Registration fee to vote at the AGM.

If you are interested in running for a position send an email with a brief bio or resume with your relevant credentials to chairman@libertarian.on.ca indicating your intent.

If you are unable to attend in person, there are proxy and virtual options available when you register.

10:00-11:00 am Guest Speaker: Pierre Desrochers, Associate Professor of Geography, Geomatics, and Environment at the University of Toronto Mississauga will give a talk on the negative environmental consequences of banning carbon fuels and plastics.

11:00-11:15 am—Break

11:15-12:15 pm Guest Speaker: Joanne Szurmak, Associate Librarian, Library & Learning Services at the University of Toronto will speak on Population Bombed! Exploding the Link Between Overpopulation and Climate Change.

12:15-1:00 pm—Lunch
